Steps to Pay with Cash by Mail
- Place the exact total amount in Euro or USD in a sturdy envelope. No Coins!
- Include a note with your order number, as mentioned in your confirmation email.
- Ensure the envelope is tightly sealed to secure its contents.
- Send the envelope with sufficient postage. Please note that postage costs are your responsibility.
- Once your envelope with the correct contents arrives at our office, your order will be processed and shipped the same business day. You’ll receive an email with a tracking code to monitor your package.
Important Notes:
Sending cash by mail is the least secure payment method.
Delivery services cannot always guarantee the safe delivery of cash envelopes, and we cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered mail.

Track & Trace
Track & trace courier delivery is available for most countries! You’ll receive tracking updates directly in your inbox, and if needed, you can contact the shipping company to arrange delivery at a specific time or location. This option is more secure than Basic (untracked) shipping. While it costs slightly more, it offers faster delivery and better service. For each destination country, our distribution center will choose the best courier service to handle your package.
Basic (Untracked)
For certain countries, we offer a Basic (untracked) shipping option. This service doesn’t include track & trace, but it’s usually more affordable. Basic shipping generally has a slightly longer transit time. By default, all parcels are shipped with track & trace. However, for some countries, you have the option to choose Basic (untracked) shipping instead.
